The quality of Masco door fillings is based on the quality of COSMO sandwich elements from the German company Weiss CHEMIE, which belong to the premium class both in terms of quality and strength and durability.
They are made of high-quality materials and assembled using a special adhesive system of our own design.
Weiss is known for producing sandwich elements of consistently high quality. To ensure this level of quality, it collaborates with various testing laboratories and centers, such as the IFT Rosenheim Institute of Window Technology, the North Rhine-Westphalia Materials Testing Authority (MPA NRW), and the French construction Science and Technology Center (CSTB).
Weiss regularly checks its sandwich elements for thermal insulation, sound insulation and impact resistance.
Consequently, these panels provide the maximum level of reliability: in real conditions, they not only fully meet the test results, but also exceed them.

Our standard is panels with a thickness of 32, 40, 44, 54 and 76 mm
Sandwich elements are formed from the outer layer and filling.
As the outer layer, we use:
- Aluminum sheet, our standard is 2.0 mm, optional 3.0 or 1.5 mm ( maximum size 1200 by 2500 mm ). We paint in any RAL color
- HPL (high pressure laminate is a reliable facade material), our standard 2.0 mm is available in Renolit and Skai PVC film decors, as well as white and light and dark concrete decors ( the coating is more wear-resistant). The end of the HPL does not need additional processing after cutting and has a dark brown color. The maximum size is 900 by 2150 mm.
- PVC (white color-close to RAL 9016 ) our standard 1.5 mm - is used exclusively for plug-in panels. The maximum size is 900 by 2150 mm.
We use high-density XPS as a fill.
