Guarantees

MACKO - LLC "M. A. S. K. O", hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer/seller, provides customers with a guarantee for its products during the period:

* 5 years old.

The warranty is provided subject to the following conditions::

1. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale specified in the invoice.

2 Any visual defects must be reported at the time of acceptance - the absence of notification is interpreted as complete acceptance of the product.

3. The manufacturer is obliged to review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

4 The manufacturer, as a guarantor, reserves the right to evaluate and qualify the complaint defects after inspection at the buyer's place or after delivery of the requested products to Masco.

5. The manufacturer will be obligated under the warranty only after the buyer provides:

a) the presence of the Masco logo on the product, otherwise documents confirming the purchase of the product from the manufacturer

B) description of the subject matter of the complaint,

C) indication of the date of sale/installation,

D) photo or video documentation explaining the discrepancy,

e) indication of the product's location address and contact phone numbers of interested parties

6. The warranty covers:

a) hidden defects in materials and workmanship that could not have been noticed at the time of receipt of the goods,

B) correct and long-lasting connection of all elements and their reliable functioning,

C) depressurization of double-glazed windows,

d) defects resulting from damage caused during transportation by the seller to the buyer.

7. The warranty does not cover:

a) defects that are invisible after installation and do not affect consumer properties,

B) defects resulting from the use of components provided by the customer ( double-glazed windows, paint, etc.).

C) scratches on the product coating after receiving,

d) cracks and scratches on the glass after receiving,

e) damage caused during improper storage or transportation by the buyer,

F) damage due to improper installation of the panel in the product, or the product on the site,

F) damage due to improper use or maintenance of the product,

G) losses as a result of accidental events and natural disasters, such as: fire,

gusty winds, flooding, etc.,

H) damage as a result of repairs performed by unauthorized persons,

K) manufacturing of the product "at the request of the customer", which does not correspond to the technological process of the manufacturer,

8. In the case of an overhead panel, the manufacturer is not responsible for the incorrect process of gluing the panel elements together and on the door leaf by the buyer.

9. The manufacturer is not responsible for orders made according to the customer's design, possible violation of the rights to the Registered Design or patent. The client is responsible for the above.

10. The manufacturer is not responsible for incorrectly specified fill size values,

11. The buyer loses its warranty rights in case of detection of any changes to the product, interference with the operation of the product by unauthorized persons, any attempts to repair the product.

12. The subject of the claim cannot be any noticeable differences in color upon installation.

13. The manufacturer does not guarantee the painted surface when the powder is delivered by the customer. Any inclusions or color discrepancies in this case are not subject to complaint.

14. The manufacturer reserves the permissible size deviations, respectively:

a) panel thickness tolerance / - 1 mm

B) for plug-in panels, the permissible deviation of the width, height and flatness parameters is / - 2 mm

C) for overhead panels, the permissible deviation of the width and height parameters is / - 1 mm

15. If the complaint is accepted, the manufacturer will fulfill the obligation within the time period corresponding to the production process in one of the following ways::

a) Elimination of hidden defects (repair),

B) replacing the product with a defect-free one. In this case, the buyer is obliged to return the complained product to the manufacturer within 2 months.

C) if the complaint is unfounded ( for example, defects are not warranty), the manufacturer has the right to collect from the buyer the costs of traveling our employee to the place of consideration of the complaint – in both directions, and for repairs ( with the buyer's consent).

16 A condition for maintaining the product warranty is to remove the protective film from the panels immediately after installing the product on site.

17. Warranty rights do not include the buyer's right to claim compensation for lost profits as a result of the repair of the goods.

18. Transport

Delivery:

a) if the goods are delivered by the Freight Forwarder, the buyer must: immediately inspect the condition of the packaging of the product, and in case of damage - unpack it to check the condition of the received goods,

B) if the Freight Forwarder delivers damaged cargo, the buyer is obliged to immediately prepare a complaint form belonging to this freight forwarder.

Optional:

(a) the panels should be transported in vehicles that protect the goods from the effects of meteorological conditions,

B) the filling of the doors should be transported and stored in a vertical position or horizontally, placing them on a flat surface,

C) the panels should be transported in the manufacturer's packaging, 

D) during transportation, the panels must be protected from movement

19. Placing an order means agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

20, Recommended:

A) avoid dark colors when choosing aluminum or PVC exterior door fillers when exposed to sunlight. There is a risk of deformation of the material and deterioration of the functioning and tightness of the door.

B) counteracting the so-called Curvature of the door leaf so that it is not exposed to sunlight is recommended: 

- complete shading of the door leaf with the visor,

- internal opening doors,

- strong frame (connected around the perimeter ) reinforcement in the sash,

- in aluminum panels: use of delatation gasket (optional )

- in insert panels: proppation only on the inner sheet diagonally from the lower loop,

- use of the same type of material in the middle and from the middle ( HPL-HPL, AL-AL, PVC-PVC )  

- additional aluminum sheet reinforcement in the panel core (optional )

- avoid large door dimensions (more than 1000 by 2200 mm )

C) panels should be stored in closed, ventilated areas; dry with a positive air temperature and humidity of no more than 60% intended for their use.

d) never store panels in unfinished buildings, including damp basements or garages

E) the place where door panels are stored should not expose them to wetness, high temperature, chemicals, indelible contamination, etc.,

F) the door filling should be stored in a vertical or horizontal position, placing it on the bottom edge, on a flat, hard and smooth surface.

E) the panels cannot be subjected to mechanical damage by falling, turning over, hitting a heavy object, etc.,

G) panels must not be stored in aisles or at a distance of less than 1 meter from active heating devices.

H) door panels are made of aluminum, HPL or PVC.

HPL and aluminum are extremely sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature, especially its excess. Therefore, temporary deformations may occur in them. In such cases, the deformity cannot be the basis for a complaint. Failure to comply with the above guidelines, especially for dark fill colors, may result in loss of warranty and rejection of claims.

K) due to sensitivity to concentrated organic solvents, alcohol, oils, acids, alkalis and petroleum products, contact with the above-mentioned substances is unacceptable, in particular, contact of the coating with lime, cement and other building materials should be avoided.

L) panels should be cleaned with solvent-free and abrasive-free products.

m) it is forbidden to clean the panel surfaces by friction. And at temperatures above 20 C.

Failure to follow the above recommendations may result in filling defects. In these cases: damages cannot be grounds for complaint.

21, Concluding remarks:

a) any damage and defects not related to the manufacturer can only be repaired at the buyer's expense,

B) in the event of an unsubstantiated complaint, all related costs are borne by the plaintiff,

 

* Tolerances: minor deviations in color, shape, size, flatness and workmanship caused by the manufacturing process are not considered defects if they are within the limits specified by the component supplier. Samples, brochures, and other promotional materials are intended for general product descriptions only. The data contained in it is optional and is provided for illustrative purposes only.

* Evaluation of aluminum, Inox, HPL, PVC and glass surfaces used outdoors and indoors is carried out at a distance of 3 meters, in diffused daylight, where the surface is viewed at an angle of 60 degrees. Scratches and other superficial defects that are indistinctly visible from this point of view cannot be considered a complaint.

* Please note that the use of transparent glass in panels makes the joints of the double-glazed unit with the outer sheet visible. Ordering panels configured in this way is tantamount to accepting the aesthetics of assembling this product and is not subject to appeal.

* The manufacturer uses Aisi 304 /DIN X5CRNI18-10 stainless steel in the decors.

It has anti-corrosion properties and high resistance to normal conditions of use. Regular cleaning is recommended at least once every 3 months with special products. The appearance of rust-like plaque is a natural phenomenon and is not the basis of the complaint. Compliance with the above recommendations significantly reduces the possibility of unwanted plaque.

Never use abrasive materials or chemicals that are not intended for cleaning stainless steel for cleaning.

INOX corrosion complaints will be rejected if the product is used:

* in coastal and coastal areas where the atmosphere contains halides, in particular chlorides

* in places where contact with road salt solution is possible

* in industrial areas

* in places near busy roads where exhaust gases containing sulfur dioxide are present

* Note: the manufacturer's warranty does not cover panels larger than 1250x2500 mm.

* Masco-reserves the right to 90 days for maintenance (repair) of the complaint panel, if the defect of the panel is only aesthetic, and not functional.
